Practicalities – Novartis Nordics Summer Conference 2024

Group travel

All travel arrangements to Copenhangen are made based on your registration information. There will be group travel arrangements from Finland, Norway, Sweden and Iceland. If you are travelling from Denmark, please arrange your own travel to the event venue.

You will receive your travel ticket by email from novartisdk@amexgbt.com. In case you have not received it by August 9th, please contact us.

Travel tickets include one check-in baggage (max 23 kg) and one handbag (max 8 kg).

Airport transfers

Transportation between the hotel and Copenhagen airport will be arranged for the groups travelling at the same time. Assistants with Novartis signs will lead you to the buses. If you have a different flight or do not travel with the group, please take a taxi or other means of transportation.

Event venue & accommodation

The event will take place in Radisson Blu Scandinavia Hotel Copenhagen.

Accommodation will be booked according to your registration information in single rooms.

Accommodation is paid centrally by Novartis. Any extra meetings or other arrangements outside the conference are at your own expense, as well as food, beverage, and room charges. If you charge something to your room, please settle the bill at the hotel reception.

Activities

During event registration, you have the option to register for activities on Wednesday, August 21st.

Awards Dinner and dress code

The Awards Dinner theme will be “Glowing Together”, symbolizing that the brilliance we create together shines far brighter than any single light.

Dress code: Shine bright. Wear clothing and accessories that sparkle or something else that you feel makes you shine.

Event app

Event app will be available to download before the event. You will receive an e-mail with the download link.

Parking

There is outdoor parking available at Radisson Blu Scandinavia hotel. Parking spots cannot be booked in advance.

There are 4 electrical vehicle charging points available (chargers types AC Type 2, E-on app required).

Parking fee: DKK 30/hour or DKK 235/day. You can pay using parking machine at entrance to hotel lobby.
